RETURN POLICY

At Tosey Innovation, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a seamless and hassle-free online shopping experience. We adhere strictly to the regulations set forth by the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act to ensure that both our domestic and international customers can shop with confidence.

Domestic (Taiwan) Returns:

You are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period starting from the day after you receive your item(s), during which you may return the product(s) for a full refund, exchange, or store credit without any penalty, except for products that are excluded by law (personalized, custom-made items, etc.).

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the 7-day hesitation period to receive a return authorization. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags and accessories included. A completed return form must be included in the return package.
• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 working days. You will be notified via email or phone when this is completed.
• Return shipping fees for products without defects or errors on our part are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a defective item or an error by Tosey Innovation, we will cover the return shipping fees.

International Returns:

• International customers must adhere to the same return policy as domestic customers, with the exception that the hesitation period is extended to account for shipping times. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• International returns must be marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties on returned goods. If charges are incurred, they will be deducted from your final refund.
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error has been made by Tosey Innovation.

General Conditions Applicable to All Returns:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
• In cases of partial returns of orders that originally qualified for free shipping or promotional offers, the amount refunded may be adjusted to account for the changed order value and necessary shipping costs.
• Tosey Innovation reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if the conditions of this policy are not met. This includes any sign of use, damage to the goods, or discrepancies in the returned quantity or condition.
• Items marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased using certain promotional codes may be ineligible for return.
