WARNING: This product is an upgrade for the V-Core 3.1. It can also be used with the V-Core 3.0 but will require a minor adaptation (details will be available soon).
ENCLOSE YOUR V-CORE 3
The V-Core 3 was designed from the ground up with full enclosing in mind, with no need for an external enclosure. The design ensures that all motors and electronics are safely placed outside the printing chamber, so they are shielded from high temperatures, and no machine elements protrude from the frame, ensuring that the frame can be directly covered with panels from all sides.
The enclosure kit is the perfect solution for users who want to:
- Use filaments that require high temperatures
- Shield their printer from humidity, dust, drafts, etc

Extended "full frame"
A fully enclosed work area.
Double door access
Top and front easy access doors with foam seals.
Magnetically latched doors with double handles
Allow easy door removal depending on your convinence.
New printed spool holder
A spool holder taht can be assembled outside the enclosure.
Suggested filament routing
Using PTFE tube.
All motors are outside the heated chamber.
Prevents motor overheating.
New full metal pront idler mounts
For easier installation and mantenance.
Split panel for bigger printer sizes.
Double front panels for 400 and 500 models.
Y-axis Bumpers
For optional Y-axis sensorless homing.
INCLUDED
All necessary profiles, brackets, fasteners, plates, door handles, foam seals and magnetic latches to assemble the enclosure.
NOT INCLUDED
The enclosing panels themselves are not supplied, the user is meant to source them locally. A 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet is suggested. DXF files with panel size and shape are provided on the project documentation.
Printed parts are required and are also not supplied at the moment, the user will need to self-source them. More information on the printed part section below.

WARNING: The enclosure kit offers an alternative frame assembly. If your V-Core is already assembled, you will have to partially disassemble it to install the enclosure.
